FORNUTRA operates with a standard deposit-and-balance payment structure designed to support brands at every stage. We accept multiple payment methods including T/T (wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and other trade finance options. Our pricing is transparent and project-based — you will receive a complete quotation covering all costs before any commitment is made.

Standard Payment Structure

1
Initial Deposit
A percentage deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to confirm your order and initiate material procurement and production scheduling.
2
Production
We manufacture your order with full quality control. You receive regular production updates throughout the process.
3
Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due before shipment. We provide all QC documentation, photos, and test results for your review before final payment.
4
Shipment
Once the balance is received, we coordinate international shipping with full documentation.

What Affects Your Price

  • Order volume — larger quantities typically achieve better unit pricing
  • Product format — capsules, gummies, powders, and liquids have different cost structures
  • Ingredient complexity — premium or rare ingredients affect material costs
  • Packaging specifications — custom designs, special materials, and multi-SKU packaging impact pricing
  • Regulatory requirements — additional testing for specific markets may apply
