Your Formula, Your Intellectual Property
You own the formula, period. When you co-develop a custom formulation with FORNUTRA, the intellectual property belongs to your brand. We operate under strict NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) from day one, and our entire team — from R&D scientists to production staff — is bound by confidentiality protocols. Your formula is never shared, never reused for other clients, and never becomes part of our standard library without your explicit written consent.
How We Protect Your IP

- Formula documentation is access-controlled and stored on secure systems
- Custom formulations are never added to our private label library without your permission

Important Distinctions
Custom Formulation (ODM/CDMO)
You own 100% of the formula IP. We are your manufacturing partner, not the formula owner.
Private Label
These are FORNUTRA's existing formulas. You purchase the right to sell them under your brand, but the base formula remains part of our library. Multiple brands may sell the same private label product.
