What Quality and Compliance Standards Do You Follow for Supplement Manufacturing?

Quality and Compliance Standards at FORNUTRA

FORNUTRA operates under a structured quality management system built on three pillars: Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, HACCP-based food safety protocols, and a documented quality management system that governs every stage from raw material intake to finished product release.

Our GMP framework follows international supplement manufacturing guidelines covering personnel training, facility and equipment hygiene, raw material qualification, production process control, in-process testing, and finished product verification. Each batch is manufactured with full traceability — from ingredient lot number to final shipment record.

The HACCP plan identifies and controls potential physical, chemical, and microbiological hazards at each production stage. Critical control points are defined for mixing, encapsulation, tableting, coating, and packaging operations, with documented monitoring and corrective action procedures. Our quality management system defines standard operating procedures for every manufacturing step, including change control, deviation management, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA).

For export support, we provide documentation aligned with destination market requirements — Certificates of Analysis, manufacturing process flow charts, ingredient specifications, allergen statements, and, where applicable, certificates of free sale or health certificates. These documents are generated from actual production and testing data, which is critical for customs clearance and importer review.
