Factory Visits and Supplier Audits
Yes — we welcome prospective clients to visit our manufacturing facility for a supplier audit. An in-person visit is one of the most effective ways to build confidence in a manufacturing partnership, and we encourage it before significant production commitments.
What a typical factory visit includes: A facility tour through production areas — raw material receiving, blending, encapsulation, tableting, gummy line, liquid filling, packaging, and finished goods storage. You see the actual production environment. A QC laboratory visit where testing is conducted, with equipment and sample reports available for review. A documentation review of batch records, QC data, and SOPs. And meetings with the people who would manage your project — account manager, QC lead, production scheduler.
Advance scheduling of 2-3 weeks is needed. Other clients' product-specific information is protected during visits — just as your product will be when you are a client.
Virtual audit option: If travel is not feasible, we offer a live guided video walkthrough covering the same scope as an in-person visit. This is a real-time walkthrough where you direct what you want to see — not a pre-recorded tour.
