Formulation & Sampling
Our R&D team develops the formula and prepares lab-scale samples for your evaluation. Typically includes 2-3 revision rounds. Samples shipped for sensory evaluation.
Quotation & Agreement
Formal quotation covering per-unit pricing by volume tier, packaging cost, tooling charges, and shipping estimate. Payment terms and quality specifications documented.
Pre-Production
Raw materials ordered from qualified suppliers with incoming QC. Packaging materials sourced per your design. Pilot batch manufactured and tested.
Production & Quality Control
Full production under GMP conditions with in-process quality checks. Finished product QC: potency, dissolution, microbiology, heavy metals.
Packaging, Documentation & Shipment
