Closure options include standard screw caps, child-resistant caps, and induction seal liners. Cotton or desiccant inserts added where moisture protection is needed.

Flexible pouches (stand-up, flat, gusseted): Widely used for powders and gummies. Stand-up pouches with resealable zippers for multi-serving products. Material structures from basic PET/PE to high-barrier PET/Al/PE for moisture-sensitive formulations.

Blister packs: The preferred format for effervescent tablets and products requiring individual-dose protection. Alu-Alu for the highest moisture barrier; Alu-PVC as a more cost-effective option.

Stick packs: Ideal for powdered drink mixes, protein supplements, and on-the-go single-dose products. Standard sizes from 1 g to 20 g fill weight.
