Shipping and Export Documentation Support Yes — FORNUTRA provides end-to-end shipping coordination and export documentation support. You do not need to navigate international logistics alone or hire a separate logistics agent to connect our factory to your destination. Shipping arrangement: We coordinate with our network of freight forwarders to arrange sea freight (FCL or LCL), air freight, or express courier service based on your order volume, timeline, and budget. We provide comparative freight quotes so you can evaluate the cost-speed tradeoff. Once you select the preferred method, we manage booking, container loading supervision, and tracking updates. Documentation preparation: Our documentation team prepares the full export package while production is underway — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, and any destination-specific documents such as certificate of origin, health certificate, or certificate of free sale. Documents are reviewed for accuracy and provided digitally with hard copies included. What we do not handle directly — but assist with: Destination-side customs clearance is typically managed by your nominated customs broker. We support this process by providing any additional documentation or product information your broker requests. If you do not have a broker relationship, we can recommend forwarders with supplement import experience for your market.
