Data Deletion Instructions

FORNUTRA (Guangzhou Baizhitang Health Industry Co., Ltd.) collects business contact information when you submit an enquiry through our website, our Meta lead forms, or WhatsApp. This includes your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the product requirements you choose to share with us.

How to request deletion

Send an email to ethan@fornutra.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and include:

The name and company you used when contacting usThe email address or phone number you submitted

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You do not need an account with us to make this request, and we will not ask you for any payment or additional documentation beyond what is needed to locate your record.

What gets deleted

All contact details, enquiry content, and message history associated with your record are removed from our systems and from any third-party tools we use to manage enquiries. Records that we are legally required to retain — such as invoices for completed transactions — are kept for the period required by applicable law and are not used for any further contact.
