You provide design files in the required format; we provide technical specifications (dieline, bleed, color profile, barcode placement) and manage print production. You receive a printer's proof for final approval before bulk printing. Option 2 — Design support through our network: If you have a concept but no finished artwork, we can connect you with freelance designers and agencies experienced in supplement packaging. They work for you, keeping creative control and intellectual property with you. We provide the technical brief and review output for print compatibility. Option 3 — Simple label programs: For clients launching a minimum-viable product or testing a market, we offer a streamlined label option — you provide the brand name, product name, and key information; we produce a clean, compliant label using a standardized layout. We coordinate everything from bottle selection to label printing to carton production. Bottles and containers: Sourced from our qualified packaging supply chain, selected for consistent quality, reliable delivery, and food-grade material compliance. You specify the bottle type, size, color, and closure requirements. We manage ordering, incoming quality inspection, and production scheduling alignment. Labels and printed materials: We work with printing partners to produce labels, cartons, shrink sleeves, and product inserts according to your artwork files. We provide technical specifications — die lines, structural templates, barcode placement guidelines — and manage the print approval process. You review and approve the proof before production. What we check before ordering: print quality, material compliance, regulatory labeling requirements for your target market, barcode readability, and label-to-container fit (tested on actual containers before bulk printing). Bottles (HDPE, PET, glass): The most common format for capsules, tablets, and softgels. Sizes from 30 cc to 1,000 cc in amber, white, or custom colors. Closure options include standard screw caps, child-resistant caps, and induction seal liners. Cotton or desiccant inserts added where moisture protection is needed. Flexible pouches (stand-up, flat, gusseted): Widely used for powders and gummies. Stand-up pouches with resealable zippers for multi-serving products. Material structures from basic PET/PE to high-barrier PET/Al/PE for moisture-sensitive formulations. Blister packs: The preferred format for effervescent tablets and products requiring individual-dose protection. Alu-Alu for the highest moisture barrier; Alu-PVC as a more cost-effective option. Stick packs: Ideal for powdered drink mixes, protein supplements, and on-the-go single-dose products. Standard sizes from 1 g to 20 g fill weight.
